The Challenge

Aligning student support services that include intake services for all the consortium members which include one community college and three adult schools.

The Solution

The consortium has used the noncredit student success and support program that the community college has implemented as a model for the adult schools. The adult school consortium members are implementing the four core student success and support program services to create a common student services approach across consortium.

An increase of the number of students who receive a common assessment, orientation, advising, and follow-up services. These commonalities will assist the adult education providers when students move through the different systems.
