The Challenge

As new and emerging data and accountability measures and elements where being introduced to the field it was a challenge to stay informed and aligned with the data elements collected, reported, and submitted. It was a challenge to stay up-to-date and the changing data and accountability requirements from CAEP.

The Solution

A proposal for a full time 1.0 FTES position that could collect and enter data for the CAEP requirements not only to stay in compliance but also to support data sharing efforts to establish performance measurements and program evaluation.


A full-time 1.0 FTES classified position was approved to assist in the data entry and accountability of noncredit programs for Cuesta College.
