The Challenge

Lack of system wide referral and tracking system.

The Solution

Purchased Literacy Pro/Community Pro subscriptions for all members of the Collective.

Outcomes

Improved referral system which improved the warm hand-off for the student experience. Still providing improvements feedback to Literacy Pro to ensure the system works the best for our use.
